We visit your home, assess your garage structure, measure the space, and talk through your goals — whether that’s a gym, office, cinema room, play room or simply a blank canvas.

After the survey, we produce a clear, fixed price quotation and a detailed specification.
Optionally we can also provide layout visuals and 3D concept views to help you picture the space before we build it.

Once you approve the design, we agree an installation date and take care of everything — insulation, floor build-up, electrics, plastering, lighting, flooring, finishing and compliance.
A typical Snug Space conversion takes 10–15 working days depending on the specification.
A standard build includes:

No subcontractors. No disappearing teams. We install everything in-house.
Every conversion is built to meet or exceed Building Regulations for insulation, fire safety and energy performance.
We handle the Building Control process for you, including all documentation and certification, so you don’t have to worry about regulatory details. (Note: Building regulations certification is subject to a timescale in excess of the actual conversion, based on the lead times of the certifying body)
Once complete, we walk you through your new room, check every detail, and answer any questions.
You’ll receive an electronic completion pack with relevant certification and guarantees.
All Snug Space projects include a minimum 5-year workmanship guarantee, with manufacturer warranties on components such as flooring, insulation and electrical equipment.
